Policia escolar

I recently learnt (from my employees again, it's crazy the amount of simple culture that they are infusing me with) that there is something in Peru called "policia escolar", which is the closest thing that one could imagine to some kind of army/police...

La fugasa

The "fuga" is a kind of salted snack here, basically made of bread (very white, very light and fluffy bread) and onions. This bit cost me 1.5 Soles, I think.

A little mandoline practice

I finally got bored of having a mandoline and not playing just because I want to learn to do it right so... just before splitting two strings in half (it's ok, my mandoline has too many strings anyway) trying to tune it, I finally decided that... damnit......
